Victor Oppleman

As CEO of Eldridge Defense and Security, Victor Oppleman leads the Defense and Security portfolio within Eldridge Industries. Previously, Mr. Oppleman founded Packet Forensics, a United States defense contractor, and developer of specialized communications equipment and advanced cyber capabilities, now a part of Eldridge Defense. Mr. Oppleman also holds a growing number of patents in adaptive telecommunications routing and network security.
