Thomas Montag

Tom Montag is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Rubicon Carbon and has over 20 years of experience as a global leader in financial markets. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Global Banking and Markets at Bank of America, where he was also a member of the company’s executive management team that oversaw all businesses serving corporations, institutional investors, and government entities. Previously, Tom was a partner at Goldman Sachs, a member of the management committee, and co-head of the Securities Division. He sits on the boards of Goldman Sachs, Deschutes Land Trust, The Hispanic Federation, and The Japan Society, and is a trustee of Northwestern University.
