Stevi McCoy

Stevi McCoy is Chief Strategy Officer at HKS, a global architecture and design firm headquartered in Dallas with 29 offices worldwide. She turns bold ambition into action—bringing strategy, leadership, and investment into focus to advance HKS as a global leader in regenerative design. For over 20 years, Stevi has worked across industries to help organizations navigate complexity and unlock growth through their people—developing leaders, building strong teams, and shaping how work gets done.

At HKS, she is helping lead a multi-year transformation—connecting strategy, talent, and decision-making to deliver meaningful results for clients and communities. She is particularly focused on helping organizations move beyond short-term, project-based thinking to build long-term value—through better use of data, stronger alignment among leaders, and the discipline to deliver great work consistently as the firm grows. Her work also draws on principles of human behavior and cognitive science, helping leaders create environments that support clearer thinking and better decisions. She believes the future belongs to leaders who move beyond tradeoffs—who build organizations where creating value for society also creates value for the business, and where impact drives growth.

Stevi holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
