Sarah Fleisch Fink

Sarah Fleisch Fink is the Director for Policy Research & Development on the Policy & Government Affairs team at Instacart. She leads the development of Instacart’s core public policy positions and proactive policy agenda, internal cross-functional engagement on policy issues, and development and execution of policy research. Sarah is a core member of the Instacart Health team, and led the development of the Instacart Health Policy Agenda. Sarah’s background is in workplace policy, with a focus on public policy, job quality and women and the workforce. She was previously the VP for Policy and Strategy at the National Partnership for Women & Families, and prior to that was a labor and employment attorney at a large D.C. law firm. Sarah lives in Washington, DC and graduated from Northwestern University and Georgetown University Law Center.
