Roberto Marinho Filho

Emancipated at the age of 16, after completing high school in the USA, Roberto Campos Marinho Filho began his professional career very early, entering, in parallel, the faculties of Law and Administration.

He founded Giro Autolocadora Ltda., which operated for four years, until he was invited to join Encom Engenharia Ltda., a national player in the special installations engineering sector, with a focus on data centers and large electrical substations. In company, quickly elected the position of General Director for the Northeast, a position he held for five years. During this period,

reconciled its activities with ventures in the area of IT and services.

Since 1999, Roberto has been a controlling partner of Roma Administradora e Participações, among other ventures, founded TCI BPO is a national reference company in offering technological solutions for business process outsourcing (BPO – Business Process Outsourcing), with a focus on Information Management and Operations of credit conveyor belts for banks (more than 100 customers), telecommunications and others. A company that had more than 5 thousand CLT employees in Brazil and engineers in India for a decade.

With the knowledge accumulated in the financial sector, he has undertaken asset management in the real economy, assets in special situations and structured credit since 1998. I have founded fintechs, companies in the real estate, agribusiness, and infrastructure sectors.

In 2023, it consolidated its stakes and activities in the foundation of Yards Capital, a partnership with operations in the management of own and third-party resources, liquid and illiquid assets.
