Rehana Farrell

CEO, 100 Women in Finance

Rehana Farrell assumed the role of 100 Women in Finance CEO in March 2025. She joined 100WF from Youth INC, a nonprofit capacity builder in NYC, that she spun out from its parent in 2015 and successfully led for 10 years. Previously, Farrell served as COO of Cain Hoy Enterprises, a private equity firm that she helped found in 2014 with fellow executives from Guggenheim Partners where she had been CAO since 2012. Prior to that, Farrell was a licensed securities professional and held a variety of global operating and financial roles at Merrill Lynch from 2004-2011. Farrell began her career at Prudential Financial where she worked in commercial mortgage origination as well as M&A transactions. Farrell received her AB in Economics from Smith College, where she served on the Investment Committee for the Board of Trustees in her role as Treasurer for the Alumnae Association, and an MBA from Columbia Business School, where she served as President of Columbia Women in Business.

Farrell has served on the Board of Andover National, a public holding company of businesses engaged in essential services in the Southeast United States, and the Advisory Board of Pond, a technology startup designed to optimize use of technology by nonprofits to better fulfill their missions. She currently serves as Trustee and Chair of the Governance Committee of Princeton Montessori School and on the Board of Fund Play Foundation, equalizing the playing field for youth sports. Farrell has two children and resides in Princeton, NJ.
