Philip Ross

Phil Ross, joined Jefferies as Vice Chairman and Chairman of Global Healthcare Investment Banking, based in New York in 2024. Dr. Ross is a seasoned healthcare investment banker and has advised some of the most notable global biopharmaceutical companies, including Celgene, AbbVie, Merck. Since joining Jefferies, he has advised on the sale of Intra-Cellular to Johnson and Johnson, Blueprint to Sanofi, Merus to Ganmab and Ventyx to Lilly.

Prior to Jefferies, Phil spent 27+ years at J.P. Morgan most recently as Global Chair of Investment Banking.
