Panayiotis Stergiou

Panos Stergiou is the Global Head of Institutional Client Group & Large Corporate Coverage | Co-Head of FIC Structuring. He is a senior member of the FIC leadership team, recognized for strong client-centric leadership across senior roles, and delivers a broad range of risk management and financing solutions to Institutional clients, as well as Corporate Treasury and Business Banking services to Corporate Clients. Panos has been with Deutsche Bank for 22 years, having joined the bank as a graduate in 2004. Over this time, Panos progressed through several leadership roles, including Global Head of Rates Institutional Client Sales in 2015, and Head of Europe Institutional Client Sales in 2018.

He grew up in Brussels and attended the European School of Brussels before studying at Imperial College London, where he earned a First-Class Honours MEng degree in Information Systems Engineering. Panos is a member of the Investment Bank Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Executive Council, the Corporate Bank Executive Council, the European Executive Council, and on the board of Deutsche Bank in the United Kingdom and Ireland. He is also a board member of the Global Financial Markets Association (GFMA)
