Namsun Kim

Namsun Kim is President of Investments for NAVER Corp., Korea's largest internet company and leader in search and e-commerce, and also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Poshmark, a leading U.S.  second-hand fashion e-commerce company which NAVER acquired in 2023. He is on the Board of NAVER's affiliate and Webtoon Entertainment (Nasdaq: WBTN), a leading global digital storytelling platform. Previously, Namsun was NAVER's Chief Financial Officer from 2022 to 2025, during which time he led the acquisition of Poshmark and public listing of Webtoon Entertainment. Prior to joining NAVER in 2020 to lead c orporate development and M&A, Namsun oversaw Korea private equity investments for Macquarie Group, during which time he served on the Boards of ADT Korea (c/k/a SK Shieldus, a leading security and di spatch provider) and LG CNS (a leading IT services provider and LG Group affiliate). Previously, he held s everal investment banking positions at Morgan Stanley and Lazard across New York, Hong Kong and Seo ul. Namsun began his career as a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York. He r eceived a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering from Seoul National University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. Namsun has been admitted to the New York State Bar Association, is a Certified Public Accountant (Delaware; not in public practice), and was awarded the CFA designation (no longer active).
