Michele Malejki currently serves as Global Head of Social Impact at HP Inc. and Executive Director of the HP Foundation. Recognized for her dedication to fostering positive change through both business and philanthropy initiatives, Michele oversees HP Foundation and HP Inc. strategic programs designed to accelerate the future of work for 150 million people by 2030. Michele and her team received the inaugural TIME “Team of the Year" award in 2023 for their unwavering commitment to social impact.
In her current role, Michele sees technology as a great equalizer and is determined to harness HP’s unique capabilities and resources to close the global digital divide and power the future of work.
Michele has worked with several boards including serving on the UN Women's Global Innovation Coalition for Change, the President's Council of Cornell Women, and the Save the Children’s Council Action Team Gender Equality. Michele was Sustainability Director for the ClimateForce: Antarctica 2022 Expedition led by renowned explorer Robert Swan, OBE.
Before joining HP Inc. in 2017, Michele held positions at MIT Solve and the Clinton Global Initiative, where she served as Deputy Director of Program. Michele has also worked internationally with the Alliance for Financial Inclusion in Thailand and Malaysia, and with One Acre Fund in Cambodia and Sub-Saharan Africa.
She began her career in investment banking at JPMorgan, focusing on credit risk in the insurance sector. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and conversational in Khmer.
