Michele Campbell

Dr. Michele Campbell is the Executive Director of The LeBron James Family Foundation, where she brings her passion and expertise in education to life. With a master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Kent State University and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Akron, Michele has dedicated her career to creating meaningful change for students and families. Since 2011, under her leadership, the Foundation has created a revolutionary model for community building from the ground up. Its pillar I PROMISE program has evolved into a transformative ecosystem encompassing education, housing, job training, healthcare and more. Through daily and long-term interventions, Michele has helped turn LeBron’s vision for change into reality, supporting Akron’s most vulnerable students and building a brighter future for the entire community.
