Melissa L. Bradley is Founder and CEO of New Majority Ventures, General Partner at the 1863 Venture Fund, Inclusive Innovation Equity Impact Fund, and BEA Venture Fund, and Managing Director of Entrepreneurship Initiatives at the Black Economic Alliance Foundation. A renowned entrepreneur with multiple successful exits, including the tech platform Ureeka, her work focuses on responsible entrepreneurship and closing the wealth gap for New Majority founders. A distinguished Professor of Practice at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business, Melissa has been recognized on the Forbes 50 Over 50 list for social entrepreneurship and the Washington Business Journal's Power 100 list.
