Founder and Managing Partner, Kedaara Capital

Manish Kejriwal is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kedaara Capital, a leading private equity firm in India managing over $6 billion in assets. Kedaara focuses on control and minority investments across sectors such as consumer, financial services, healthcare, technology, and industrials. In 2004, Manish founded the India office of Temasek Holdings, where he led investments exceeding $4 billion until 2011.

As a Senior Managing Director, he was integral to Temasek's global financial services investments and expansion into Africa, the Middle East, and Russia. His experience spans over 30 years in private equity, covering various industries and sectors in both private and public companies. Before Temasek, Manish was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, contributing to the establishment of the Private Equity Practice and co-authoring the influential NASSCOM McKinsey reports.

He also worked at World Bank and Goldman Sachs. Manish holds an AB from Dartmouth College, (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA from Harvard University (Baker Scholar). He serves on the boards of Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Holdings, Adani Ports and various Kedaara investee companies. He is also a Member of the Governing Board at K Raheja Corp. Over the years he has served on the boards of various portfolio companies: Temasek Holdings Advisors India, Parksons Packaging, ICICI Onesource, Punj Lloyd, Bharti Infratel, Fullerton Financial Holdings, Fullerton India Credit Company, Bajaj Auto and was Lead independent Director at Bharti Airtel.
