Kris Licht

Kris Licht is CEO and an Executive Director of Reckitt, based in Uxbridge, UK. Kris previously served as President of Reckitt’s Health business and as its Global Chief Customer Officer. He led the transformation of Reckitt’s sales team, re-establishing critical partnerships with top global customers, and implemented a strong focus on go-to-market capabilities, operational excellence and consumer-centric innovation. Prior to joining Reckitt in 2019, Kris held a number of increasingly senior operational and strategic leadership roles at PepsiCo from 2014 – 2019. He was previously a Partner at McKinsey & Company’s Dallas Office. As a member of the Sustainable Markets Initiative’s Heath Systems Taskforce, Kris Chairs the Consumer Health and Wellbeing Working Group.
