Katrina Briddell leads Corporate Philanthropy & Social Impact at The Hershey Company. Over the past decade, Katrina has guided the company’s philanthropy strategy, built a national signature program supporting youth mental well-being, and regularly partners with Hershey’s brand teams to develop relevant campaigns that create positive impact. Prior to her work with Hershey, Katrina worked in Washington, DC, where she served as Senior Director at Arabella Advisors, a consultancy specializing in strategic philanthropy and impact investing. While there, she led the company’s fastest-growing practice, helping foundations, companies, and families launch innovative charitable projects and collaborate more effectively together to create change. She has served as a Judge of Elections in Pennsylvania since 2021, supporting smooth, safe, and fair elections in her community. Katrina also serves on the board of directors of her local Girl Scout council and as an advisory board member for Rare Beauty’s Rare Impact Fund, which supports mental health programs for young people globally. Katrina earned her undergraduate degree from Dickinson College and her master’s degree from Emory University. She lives in Hershey, Pennsylvania with her family, where she enjoys hiking, music, writing, and gardening.
