Grazielle Parenti

Grazielle Parenti is Vale's Executive Vice President of Sustainability (non-statutory), with more than 30 years of experience in sustainability, corporate relations, government affairs, international relations, communications, community engagement, agribusiness, and diversity & inclusion.Before joining Vale, she held leadership positions in global companies such as Syngenta, BRF, Mondelez, Diageo, and DSM. Bloomberg has recognized her as one of the leading business figures in Latin America. She is an active member of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC) and the Women Corporate Directors network. Parenti has a degree in business administration from FGV/EAESP, an MBA in marketing from FIA/USP, and a specialization in public policy management from FGV. She has also completed executive courses at national and international institutions.
