Goodwin Gaw is Founder and Managing Principal of Gaw Capital Partners, a global multi-asset investment management firm focused on real estate, growth equity, private credit, and infrastructure. The firm manages US$35.8 billion in assets through fund products, separately managed accounts, and direct investments across real estate, digital and green infrastructure, private lending credit, and secondaries. Recognized for leadership in real estate investing, he was named PERE “Asia Industry Figure of the Year” in 2013, 2015, and 2018, received Ernst & Young’s “Entrepreneur of the Year” (2020 China Awards), and Asia Society’s “Urban Visionary Award” (2019). In 2025, he ranked No. 27 on the PERE 100 Most Influential list. He serves on the Advisory Council for the 2026 Qatar Economic Forum powered by Bloomberg, and advises PERE and Citi Private Bank’s Asia Pacific Advisory Board. He is a member of ULI’s Global Board, an active YPO member (Hong Kong and Intercontinental Chapters), and serves on the Board of Overseers for the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the board of Lawrenceville School. Goodwin holds BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Finance (Wharton) from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MS in Construction Management from Stanford University.
