At TPG Rise, he supports strategic fundraising at and other leading climate investment platforms to advance the firm’s broader market development efforts.

Filipe serves as Special Envoy for Carbon for the United Nations Office for Project Services and advises the ASEAN Alliance on Carbon Markets.
