Fernando Teixeira

Fernando Teixeira is Director of Sustainability for Special Projects at the Brazilian Sovereign Wealth Funds Forum (FFSB). Throughout his career, he has worked for multilateral organizations, the third sector, public institutions, and the private sector on projects related to the multiple dimensions of development and the transition to a low-carbon economy with social justice. Dr. Teixeira holds a PhD in Economics from Fluminense Federal University and has been a professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), the National School of Public Administration (ENAP), and the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He has also been a Policy Fellow at SOAS University of London and at University College London (UCL).
