Charles Holive

Charles Holive is the Chief AI Officer at BNP Paribas CIB, he oversees the Bank’s global AI strategy, harnessing AI as a sustainable engine of value creation and operational excellence, fully embedded in its operating model. Charles has over two decades of leadership in AI, data analytics and business innovation, having graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lille. He recently led PepsiCo’s AI Solutions and Platforms, driving focus on building an end-to-end AI strategy across the “make-move-sell” value chain, and delivering scalable AI and agentic solutions and platforms. Previously Global Head of Applied AI/ML, GenAI & Digital Tools Services at JP Morgan Corporate and Investment Bank, Charles contributed to the transformation of the CIB business by applying state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques and digital tools, to deliver financial impact through productivity, automation, and risk reduction initiatives.

Prior to that, he helped grow Sisense’s revenue and valuation by leading the data monetization strategy and spent 15 years at GE Healthcare Technologies where he built and scaled the Analytics and AI business.
