Brad Rogoff is the Global Head of Research at Barclays, based in New York. He is a member of the Investment Bank Management Team and serves on the U.S. Executive Committee. In addition to his leadership role, Brad remains focused on credit markets. He regularly contributes to research publications on the high yield, leveraged loan, CLO and private credit markets. Since 2009, Brad and his team have consistently been ranked by Extel in the High Yield Credit strategy category. The team’s flagship U.S. Credit Alpha publication has been voted as one of the Best Weekly Credit Research Publications for over a decade. Under Brad’s leadership, the Barclays Research franchise underpins the breadth and depth of client relationships across the Investment Bank.
According to 2024 Extel surveys, Barclays ranks as the #4 Global Research firm, #3 for Development Markets, #3 for Global Fixed Income, #4 for European Equity Research and #7 for U.S. Equity Research. Since joining Barclays in 2008, Brad has held a number of leadership roles across Research.
Prior to assuming his current position in 2024, he served as Head of FICC Research since 2022, Head of Credit Research since 2018 and prior to that as Head of Credit Strategy. Brad joined Barclays following the acquisition of Lehman Brothers. Brad graduated cum laude from Harvard University in 2002 with an AB in economics. He is a CFA charterholder.
