Aubrey Hruby is Co-founder of Tofino Capital and a Transaction Lead at the Palladium Group. A Senior Advisor at the Atlantic Council’s Africa Center, she brings over 20 years of experience advising investors in African markets and has facilitated more than US$2 billion in capital flows across 30+ African countries. Aubrey co-authored the award-winning The Next Africa: An Emerging Continent Becomes a Global Powerhouse (Macmillan, 2015) and teaches a graduate seminar at Georgetown University. She writes for the Financial Times and Foreign Policy, has testified before the US Congress on trade and investment in Africa, and has been interviewed by The New York Times, Bloomberg, CNBC, NPR, and Al Jazeera.
She holds an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and an MA from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
