Anne Park

Anne is a mission-driven impact investing and sustainable development professional with nearly 20 years of experience advancing market-based solutions to social and environmental challenges. Her career began as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines, shaping her commitment to community-level impact, and continued at the U.S. Department of State, where she helped launch the Global Entrepreneurship Program supporting underserved founders worldwide. She later served as an Investment Officer at USAID, structuring catalytic capital solutions, and spent over a decade at Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF), a private equity firm, where she built the firm’s global impact measurement systems while supporting hundreds of entrepreneurs across emerging and frontier markets. Today, Anne brings this experience to her work at Sustainable Ocean Alliance, driven by a deep belief in entrepreneurs as catalysts for equitable, sustainable change.
