Angelina Fung is a Director at Milken Institute Finance, where she leads the Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism portfolio. Her work focuses on reshaping financial markets to promote long-term value creation that benefits all stakeholders. In this role, she advances initiatives that champion policies and investment strategies designed to expand participation in leadership and capital allocation, unlock access to capital, and create sustainable pathways for high-potential talent—from entry-level professionals to emerging fund managers.
Previously, Fung served as a Director at UBS Chief Investment Office on the Sustainable and Impact Investment Solutions team, where she helped launch UBS’s inclusive investing initiative. She is also a healthcare technologies investor with LifeX Ventures, a diverse and emerging manager based in New York.
Committed to community advancement, Fung advises women-owned businesses Archie & Alfred and DAWANG, and serves on the alumni advisory council for The Turner MIINT (MBA Impact Investing Network & Training). A long-time advocate for affordable housing and community development, she is Chair Emeritus of Habitat Young Professionals for the New York City and Westchester County affiliate.
Fung attended Barrett, The Honors College, at Arizona State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Genetics and Biological Sciences with a minor in Business, and later completed a Master of Science in Sustainable Finance and Nonprofit Management at Columbia University.
