Andrea Guerzoni

As the global EY-Parthenon leader, Andrea leads a business that advises CEOs, Boards, Private Equity and Governments globally — delivering real-world value with solutions that work in practice, not just on paper. He leads 25.000 professionals across 120+ countries and is responsible for driving strategy, growth and investment priorities for EY-Parthenon across the globe. Before assuming his current position, Andrea headed EY EMEIA Transaction Advisory Services — integrated into EY-Parthenon in 2025 — leading thousands of transaction professionals spanning three continents and more than 90 countries. Andrea joined EY as an auditor in Milan in 1995. From there he took a secondment to London to join Corporate Finance, returning to Milan in 2000 to work with TAS. In 2004, he became Global Leader for the Transaction Support function as part of TAS, and then in 2012 was appointed Head of TAS for the Mediterranean Region. As a business advisor and transactions practitioner, Andrea has advised corporate boards and private equity firms across the globe on a large range of transactional and transformational situations including M&A, post-deal integrations, strategic portfolio reviews, IPOs, reorganizations and restructuring processes. Andrea graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Modena. He has been a registered auditor since 1999.
