Ana Clara Martins

Ana Martins is a Partner at Atlantico, one of Latin America's leading venture capital firms, where she was the first hire and became the youngest partner at a venture firm in the region. Since inception, Atlantico has invested in some of the most promising early stage companies in the region, including Enter AI, Cobre, 180 Insurance, Fudo and Kanastra. 

Ana began her venture career as a fellow at Pear VC in Silicon Valley, where she launched the firm’s first LatAm Entrepreneurs Circle, aimed at finding and supporting Latin American founders building globally. She also co-founded Brazil at Silicon Valley (BSV), a non-profit that has since raised over $3 million and became the leading conference connecting Brazil’s top entrepreneurs and thought leaders with the U.S. tech industry.

Born and raised in Brazil, Ana holds a degree in Political Science and a minor in Management, Science & Engineering from Stanford University.
