Leaders in open banking and open science will discuss ways the movement toward greater data transparency and consumer/patient control is changing data flow and use. In particular, we will focus on the regulatory and policy environments that support open access to financial and health data for the purposes of empowering consumers and patients with information that helps them manage their finances and health.
