Mexico has a significant opportunity to attract long-term investment and strengthen its economic connections across Latin America and beyond. Realizing this potential will require mobilizing patient capital for strategic infrastructure, energy, logistics, digital connectivity, housing, and advanced manufacturing. How can Mexico align institutional capital, government priorities, and private investment to finance these sectors, while leveraging the U.S.–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA) to strengthen investor confidence and supply chain integration? Bringing together perspectives from government, diplomacy, development finance, and the private sector, this session will examine how trade-policy certainty, innovative financing structures, and effective partnership frameworks can turn development priorities into bankable projects. Drawing on international experience, panelists will explore how Mexico can deepen investment ties with regional and global partners to advance long-term growth, competitiveness, and resilience.
