Part 2: Accelerating the Energy Transition

-

Growing demand for access to reliable energy sources and the need for climate-related solutions are the two forces shaping today’s energy transition. While many countries around the world are seeking to rapidly transition legacy energy systems towards a lower-carbon output, others face an energy poverty that hinders developmental goals. Against a global backdrop of higher interest rates, managing the investment considerations involved in the energy transition has taken on even greater importance. How can technology and technical expertise be deployed across geographies to solve for challenges of security, access, and affordability? How can capital allocation be accelerated to this end? Join us as we address the fundamental question of how to achieve a more equitable and inclusive energy transition that recognizes communities around the world are starting from vastly different places.
