In recent years, well-intentioned efforts around impact investing have met increasing scrutiny on all sides. Conceptually, impact investing offers a unique opportunity to generate yield while potentially financing positive economic, environmental and social outcomes and impacts, while delivering economic mobility to underserved communities.
