Justin Sun is founder of TRON. In 2012, Justin introduced blockchain into China as a "value network" and became an early preacher and practitioner of China's blockchain. He was previously chief representative of Ripple in Greater China. Justin is also keen on charity and in 2019, he won Warren Buffet's annual charity auction lunch at the price of $4,567,888 (equivalent to about RMB 31540300). The funds raised went directly to help the poor and homeless through GLIDE, a San Francisco based nonprofit. He received his Bachelor's degree from Peking University, a Master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and was part of the first cohort of students of Hupan University.
