Manuel Martinez brings more than two decades of global hospitality leadership to his role as executive director of hospitality and facilities at the Milken Institute. With an extensive background managing premier luxury properties, including the Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis hotels in New York, Arlington, VA, and Washington, DC, Martinez is known for operational excellence, team development, and delivering high-satisfaction guest experiences in heavily unionized environments.

Previously, Martinez served as managing director at the Salamander Hotel in DC. At the Milken Institute, he oversees all aspects of facility management, including marketing and sales, food and beverage operations, event execution, building services, community engagement, and financial performance.
