Claire Muñoz Parry

Claire Muñoz Parry is the director within the Health pillar at the Milken Institute, where she leads international initiatives, including the Women’s Health Network, Project Prevent Collaborative, and more. She brings more than a decade of experience in developing and delivering international health partnerships, programs, and fundraising strategies across multilateral, think tank, and nonprofit settings. Most recently, she served as special programmes coordinator in the regional director's office at the World Health Organization Regional Office for Southeast Asia in Delhi, leading program delivery and partnerships across the region's member states. 

Previously, Muñoz Parry spent 10 years at Chatham House, rising from program manager to assistant director. She led partnerships, policy engagement, and research projects across a portfolio of more than 30 health initiatives, including managing the Chatham House Commission for Universal Health and developing the Healthy Societies Initiative. Earlier in her career, she worked for Oxford University Press and the Spanish Heart Foundation in Madrid. Before that, she was a fundraiser at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and a member of the business development team at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Muñoz Parry holds an MA in development administration and management from the University of Manchester, an MSc in security studies, and a BSc in international relations, both from the University of Wales. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and serves as a trustee of Aymara Social Enterprise, a Community Interest Company that supports Latin American, African, and Caribbean communities in London.
