Ana Céspedes Cantú is the director of Latin America within the International pillar at the Milken Institute. She was the Institute's first employee based in the region and is currently based in Mexico City, where she leads efforts to expand the Institute’s presence and partnerships across the Latin American region.

Before joining the Milken Institute, Cantúserved as director for civic promotion in Mexico's Ministry of Interior and assistant director at the Institute for Mexicans Abroad under Mexico's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She holds a master's in public policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
