Tracey was appointed Vice Chairman, Asia Pacific, Wealth Management, UBS AG in July 2016. She advises UBS' key clients and business owners, drawing on her deep understanding of international capital markets and her investment banking experience. Tracey is also responsible for the UBS' Women Initiative in Asia Pacific.Prior to joining UBS, she was the Vice Chairman of Citibank ASEAN Corporate and Investment Banking, encompassing Investment Banking for South East Asia, as well as Corporate Banking, Financial Institutions practice, Global Transaction Services and Global Subsidiaries Group for Singapore. Tracey has more than 35 years of investment banking experience having worked on a whole spectrum of corporate finance transactions from equity fund raising (IPOs, equity placements and rights issues) to debt offerings to advisory work, including takeovers of public companies in Singapore and ASEAN.In addition, Tracey also serves as director on a statutory board, a few charitable organizations and is also aco-opted member of several public service committees.Tracey holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the National University of Singapore.
