He began his career at Mansour Motors Group (1982–1994), where he built a strong foundation in business management and operations. Building on this success, he went on to serve as Chairman of Mantrac, the authorized distributor of Caterpillar, IBM, HP, and Microsoft Compaq in Egypt.

• Chairman of Taaleem Egypt, the leading higher education company in Egypt, with three different universities of capacity 45,000 students
• President and CEO of El Mansour and El Maghraby Investment & Development Co. (MMID) — a private equity holding company established in 1996 that invests in emerging sectors across Egypt and the region.
• Chairman Manfoods, the operator of the McDonald’s franchise in Egypt
• VP of Ahly Sports Club, the biggest Egyptian professional sports club in the Middle East & Africa
Throughout his career, Mansour has held several high-profile leadership roles, including:
• Chairman of Crédit Agricole Egypt, a leading financial institution
• Chairman of MACOR, a renowned hotel management company
• Chairman of Saint-Gobain Egypt, a global leader in building materials
• Board Member of Commercial International Life Insurance Co. (CIL Egypt)
In 2002, Mansour played a pivotal role in revitalizing Egypt’s media and communications sector by relaunching MCN Egypt Group, which rapidly rose to become one of the top three communication groups in the country.
