Vincent Levita

Founder and CEO, InfraVia Capital Partners

Vincent Levita founded InfraVia Capital Partners in 2008, an independent European private equity firm specializing in infrastructure, technology, real estate, and critical metals investments. With over 30 years of experience, Vincent is recognized as a pioneer in the infrastructure sector in France and across Europe.

Vincent began his career in 1991 at Corporate Value Associates, a management consulting firm, where he became a partner in 1999. In 2004, he joined AXA Investment Management as Director of Strategy and Innovation and a member of the Executive Committee, contributing to strategic development initiatives in China and India, as well as acquisitions in the UK. Between 2005 and 2007, he launched, developed, and managed AXA’s Infrastructure practice.

In 2008, Vincent founded InfraVia and launched its first infrastructure fund, followed by five additional vintages to date. In 2019, he expanded InfraVia’s activities into the technology sector, focusing on growth-stage investments. In 2023, he launched the InfraVia Critical Metals Fund, supported by the French State, to invest across the critical metals value chain.

Vincent is a graduate engineer from École Polytechnique (X86) and ENSAE.
