Rani Haj-Yahia is a highly respected attorney, business executive, and cross-cultural strategist. With a career spanning over two decades, he brings deep legal expertise, proven leadership, and a strong commitment to community impact. His work at the intersection of business, law, and social change has positioned him as a unique and influential figure in both local and international arenas.

Rani leads one of the most ambitious cross-border projects in the region: the Jordan Gateway Industrial Park & Free Zone. As Partner and CEO, he drives the project’s strategic direction, manages complex cross-government and regional relationships, diplomatic arenas, and oversees daily operations.

Rani began his legal career at Gornitzky, one of the largest law firms in Israel, as an intern and quickly rose through the ranks. Today, he is recognized as one of Israel’s leading legal minds, having led some of the country’s largest and most high-profile transactions. His work regularly involves negotiation tactics and strategies to ensure deal making and closing complex international deals, namely project finance transaction.

Rani plays a strategic role in the leadership of major companies across industries, among them: TransIsrael, the country’s largest public-private partnership IBI Investment House, one of Israel’s leading investment firms Scodix, a global innovator in digital printing technology.

Deeply committed to civic engagement, Rani serves on the boards of several nonprofit and community-based organisations. In 2020, Rani co-founded Qudra, a nonprofit focused on building resilience and opportunity within the Arab community. The organization emphasizes practical, measurable results and works to drive systemic

change through smart and targeted initiatives.
