Nicole Sirotin

With a career spanning 20 years, Dr. Sirotin is an award-winning physician, thought leader and international speaker in Precision Lifestyle Medicine with a passion for advancing longevity science through local and international platforms. As the Chief Executive Officer at the Institute for Healthier Living Abu Dhabi, she leads groundbreaking initiatives that integrate advanced technology and precision diagnostics with cutting-edge lifestyle and longevity medicine to redefine personalized, preventive care.

As CEO, Dr. Sirotin has built partnerships with academic, public and private entities to help develop the field of Healthy Longevity Medicine. As the world's first government recognized longevity medicine facility, the Institute has established new global standards in Healthy Longevity Medicine with the Abu Dhabi Department of Health, with the hope of building a future where personalized enhanced healthspan is accessible to patients worldwide.

Prior to establishing the Institute, for 10 years Dr. Sirotin served as Department Chair at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi developing the Preventive Medicine programs in Executive Health and Lifestyle Medicine in the Cancer Center, in addition to the clinical team for the Office of Facilitated Access.

Dr. Sirotin is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and Khalifa University. She previously held faculty positions at Weill Cornell Medical College and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Sirotin’s awards include the UCSF Exceptional Physician Award and the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Women’s Professional Staff Association’s Physician of the Year Award. Dr. Sirotin also serves as the Council Secretary of the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society.

Dr. Sirotin’s expertise has been spotlighted at leading global forums including the Founders Longevity Forum, Milken Institute Summit, Aging Research and Drug Discovery Conference, Geneva College of Longevity Science, World Health Expo, and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine Conference. Her insights have also been featured by many regional and international media outlets, including CNN, Gulf Business, Aletihad, and the Abu Dhabi Media Office, highlighting her leadership in launching the world’s first regulated Healthy Longevity Medicine Centre and shaping the future of precision and longevity medicine.
