Najla Aljeaid has been a key member of Alwaleed Philanthropies (AP) since 2019, where she plays a pivotal role in leading local initiatives to support local community and meet AP's vision and goals. Najla is leading Housing & Car grants project, establishing the largest partnership agreement with Saudi public sector. Najla's leadership extends to a landmark project aimed at developing the traditional crafts-making industry in Saudi Arabia by training and employing women nationwide. This program has already empowered over 3,500 Saudi women, many of whom are housewives, fostering a new generation of ambitious entrepreneurs. Before joining AP, Najla gained extensive experience as a Project Manager in Saudi Arabia. She worked with Marafq Architectural Company, overseeing design, construction drawings, and scheduling from start to finish. Prior to that, at BluePrint Company in Riyadh, she managed project proposals, RFPs, and project scheduling.

Among her notable projects are luxury retail outlets for Valentino and Dior, as well as Paul Cafe and Karam Express. Najla holds a master’s in business administration from King Alfaisal University and a Degree in Interior Design Engineering from Prince Sultan University, Saudi Arabia.
