Molly Duffy is the Global Head of Financial Sponsors Coverage at Standard Chartered. In this role, she leads the bank’s global engagement with Private Equity (PE), Infrastructure & Real Assets Funds, Real Estate Funds, Venture Capital, Fund of Funds & Secondary Funds, and select Alternative Credit clients, driving strategic partnerships and coordinated solutions across the Corporate and Investment Bank’s platform in financial markets, lending, and transaction banking. Her appointment builds on her success as Global Co-Head of Financial Institutions Coverage, where she helped shape the bank’s strategic agenda and deepened relationships across a broad client ecosystem including Banks and Broker Dealers, Financial Sponsors, Hedge Funds, Real Money Funds, Pension Funds, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Insurers, and Public Sector Organizations.

With more than 30 years of experience in global finance and banking, Molly has developed a reputation for building high-performing teams and delivering insightful, client-centric solutions across markets and asset classes. Her expertise spans financial markets, economic and derivative products, and FICC distribution – with deep experience across traditional and electronic trading platforms. Prior to joining Standard Chartered, Molly spent over 25 years at Credit Suisse, where she led businesses across Global Macro Products, Global Currencies and Emerging Markets, Foreign Exchange Sales, and Electronic Distribution.

Beyond her executive role, Molly serves as a Non-Executive Director of the World Gold Council and sits on the Management Board of the Association for Financial Markets in Europe (AFME). She was recognized in the 2025 Forbes 50 Over 50: Investment list, honoring her exceptional leadership and impact on global finance. Her track record of innovation and collaboration across traditional and electronic markets positions her as a trusted advisor and influential leader in the financial institutions industry.
