Ian Livingstone

Ian Livingstone co-founded London & Regional Properties in 1990, now one of Europe’s largest privately owned property companies with a £10 billion global investment and development portfolio. As Chairman, he leads L+R Hotels, which operates 112 hotels across eight countries, and L+R Commercial Real Estate, with over 1.5 million m2 globally. A notable venture is London & Regional Panama, transforming the former Howard Air Force Base into a major mixed-use community.

Earlier, he founded and successfully sold the David Clulow retail group. Ian also actively supports various charities, including the Mayor's Fund for London, showcasing his diverse business acumen and philanthropic engagement.
