Hawazen Nassief

CEO, Sustainable Tourism Global Center

Hawazen Nassief is a distinguished Saudi executive whose career has been defined by her leadership in sustainability, governance, and social impact across both public and private sectors. She is the CEO of the Sustainable Tourism Global Center in Saudi Arabia, and a board member of Makkah Province Development Authority and Tanmiah Food Company. She is also a member of the Advisory Board of TOURISE. Previously, she was a director on the board of Middle East Paper Company (MEPCO), and a member of the NRC of Bupa Arabia. Her previous executive roles include Head of Sustainability and Stewardship at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where she led the integration of ESG frameworks into investment strategies, and Vice President of ESG and External Affairs at National Energy Services Reunited Corp. (NESR), overseeing sustainability initiatives across 16 countries.

Hawazen has also held leadership positions at Cummins Arabia, Christie’s, Olayan Financing Company, Kingdom Holding Company, and the Future Investment Initiative Institute (FII).Beyond her executive career, Hawazen served as a trusted advisor to organizations across sectors including media, real estate, sports, and philanthropy. She has published extensively on governance and sustainability and served on advisory boards for entities such as JLL, and the Saleh Abdullah Kamel Humanitarian Foundation.

Hawazen holds a Master’s degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University.
