Deemah AlYahya is a tech diplomat and digital economy leader serving as Secretary-General of the Digital Cooperation Organization since 2021. She drives global collaboration among governments, industry, and civil society to build inclusive and sustainable digital economies. She is a Broadband Commission Commissioner, an Edison Alliance champion, and founder of Women Spark. AlYahya sits on boards including SAIP, SNB, the E-commerce Council, and the Cybersecurity Federation. Her career includes leadership roles at Samba, Tadawul, Microsoft, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. As CEO of the National Digital Transformation Unit, she led Saudi Arabia’s digital strategy and initiatives such as Saudi Codes, training 1.2 million people.
