Bob Wilt

Bob Wilt is a proven leader with more than 30 years of experience driving strategic and operational excellence global industries. Since February 2022, Bob has been the CEO of Maaden, leading the company as a globally significant Saudi mining champion. Since taking the helm, Bob has presided over record financial and operational performance as he leads Maaden’s growth.

Bob's extensive career includes close to two decades at Alcoa, a global leader in the full aluminum value chain. He held several key positions, culminating in his role as President of Global Primary Products. In this capacity, Bob led the entire upstream segment of the business, overseeing a vast portfolio of mining, refining, smelting and energy operations globally. His industry experience also includes leadership roles across manufacturing, aerospace and industrial metals companies. Bob holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
