Badr Drissi

Mr. Badr Drissi currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Ithmar Capital. Before assuming this role, he was Special Advisor to the CEO.

Mr. Drissi previously held senior positions with Brookstone Partners, a U.S. private equity firm, where he served as Principal. Prior to that, he headed the Finance Division of Platinum Power, its pan-African renewable energy platform. From 2016 onward, he led the structuring and execution of the company’s major projects, overseeing technical due diligence, stakeholder negotiations, and fundraising processes.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Drissi served as Senior Project Manager at Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion (CDG), Morocco’s largest institutional investor, where he executed high-impact transactions for the group and its subsidiaries. He was also an M&A analyst at BMCE Capital Conseil, the investment banking arm of BMCE Bank of Africa.

Mr. Drissi is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School (France).
