TS is CEO of Monzo, the UK’s largest digital bank. He spent far too long in the financial services, banking and payments industry - having worked at Visa, Citi, Capital One and Standard Chartered - before finally reaching Monzo, and fulfilling his dream of building and scaling a mission-oriented digital bank. He has lived and worked in several countries, and had several roles spanning the globe.
