Isabelle Boemeke

Isabelle is the Founder and Executive Director of Save Clean Energy and the creator of the online persona, Isodope. Through Isodope, Isabelle has amassed a large following that has enabled her to educate millions of people about nuclear energy. Her education and advocacy efforts have expanded beyond the digital to the personal, having led a successful grassroots campaign to delay the closure of the Diablo Canyon nuclear power plant in California. In 2022 Isabelle was named a TIME Magazine next generation leader. She recently delivered a TED Talk that’s been viewed more than 1.4 million times explaining why nuclear power is our best chance to replace fossil fuels.
