Yin Fan is the Managing Director of Ping An Good Doctor, the biggest of China's online healthcare platform, backed by Ping An Insurance (Group). Yin is in charge of the company's investment/acquisition, strategy and capital market management, including the recent IPO. Prior to joining Ping An Good Doctor, Yin was working on the buy side, focusing on healthcare and Telecom, Media and Technology sector ranging from VC investment to cross-border buyout. Before entering into the private equity space, Yin was also the founding partner of two medical device companies in China and the United States.
