Lee Wittlinger

Lee Wittlinger is a Managing Partner of Silver Lake, which he joined in 2007. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Energize Land & Power, Oak View Group and ProService and is a director on the boards of Khazna Data Centers, Shadowbox Studios, Vantage Data Centers North America and EMEA, and WP Engine. Previously, he served as a director of AMC Entertainment, Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, GoDaddy, and Iterable. In addition, Lee currently serves on the board of the Tipping Point Community in San Francisco and as a Trustee of The Thacher School in Ojai, CA.

Prior to Silver Lake, Lee worked as an investment banker in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions in the technology space. He graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a B.S. in Economics.
